はじめまして、**ブラジルマサル（Masaru Hisaeda）です。私はこれまで一貫して、「経営者の想いを、数字と仕組みで実現する」**ことに挑戦してきました。
大学卒業後、京セラグループに入社。稲盛和夫名誉会長の経営哲学と、アメーバ経営という管理会計の仕組みを、システムエンジニア、そしてコンサルタント・営業として6年間にわたり体得しました。これが「理念と数字をITで統合する」という私の原点です。
その後、父の事業を支援するためブラジルへ移住。CFOとして管理会計を導入し、過去最高益を達成。その後、赤字寸前だった日本食レストランの再建を任され、理念を再構築し数字を徹底的に可視化。自ら厨房に立ち、現場と共に汗を流すことで組織を立て直し、利益率を3倍に改善しました。
さらに、情報システムの販売代理店をゼロから起業。資本金ゼロ、車1台・携帯1台から飛び込み営業を重ね、2年で300社以上の顧客を獲得しました。事業売却を経て帰国し、楽天やクリニックでの経営企画を経験したのち独立。複数のスタートアップ企業の経営に参画しました。
現在は、年商1億円のスタートアップから300億円規模の企業まで複数社でCTO・CSO・CFOを兼務。これまでに6億円以上の資金調達を実現し、「すごいベンチャー50」にも選出されています。また、CTOとしてオンライン診療やライブコマースアプリの開発を主導し、特許戦略やAIを活用した仕組み化にも取り組んでいます。
こうした日本とブラジルでの30社以上にわたる管理会計構築の経験を体系化し、経営者が「時間的・精神的・資金的な余白」を持ちながら安心して未来を描けるようにするため、AMORE&REASON経営統合プログラムを開発しました。
